Union Home Mortgage <\/strong>(UHM) indicated a strong appetite for mergers and acquisitions by hiring Renee Hildebrand from \u0413\u0438\u043b\u044c\u0434\u0435\u0439\u0441\u043a\u0430\u044f \u0438\u043f\u043e\u0442\u0435\u043a\u0430<\/strong> to seek new opportunities, the company announced Tuesday.<\/p>\n

\u200b\u200bThe move comes a few years after the Strongsville, Ohio\u2013based \u0423\u0425\u041c<\/a>, led by CEO Bill Cosgrove, \u043f\u0440\u0438\u043e\u0431\u0440\u0435\u0442\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044b\u0439<\/a> \u0418\u043f\u043e\u0442\u0435\u043a\u0430 Amerifirst<\/strong>. It also follows two additional acquisitions in 2025 of Houston-based \u041d\u0430\u0434\u0435\u0436\u043d\u043e\u0435 \u043a\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0438\u0442\u043e\u0432\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u041d\u0430\u0446\u0438\u0439<\/a><\/strong> and California-based Sierra Pacific Mortgage Co<\/strong><\/a>..<\/p>\n

Hildebrand, who will serve as national vice president of \u0441\u043b\u0438\u044f\u043d\u0438\u044f \u0438 \u043f\u043e\u0433\u043b\u043e\u0449\u0435\u043d\u0438\u044f<\/a>, is tasked with identifying organizations that align culturally with Union Home Mortgage.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Prior to joining UHM, she was the vice president of mergers and acquisitions and strategic market growth at Guild<\/strong>, which was recently \u043f\u0440\u043e\u0434\u0430\u043b<\/a> \u043a Bayview Asset Management<\/strong>. She joined Guild through its \u043f\u0440\u0438\u043e\u0431\u0440\u0435\u0442\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435<\/a> \u0438\u0437 \u0410\u043a\u0430\u0434\u0435\u043c\u0438\u044f \u0418\u043f\u043e\u0442\u0435\u043a\u0430<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

An industry veteran, Hildebrand has held senior leadership roles focused on growth through acquisitions, including involvement in 10 deals during her career. She also has experience in \u0441\u043e\u0432\u043c\u0435\u0441\u0442\u043d\u044b\u0435 \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u043f\u0440\u0438\u044f\u0442\u0438\u044f<\/a>, construction financing partnerships to serve the homebuilder community and organic market expansion, Union explained in a news release.<\/p>\n
