Madonna, who was most recently loanDepot\u2019s executive vice president of direct lending and spent 16 years at the company, \u043f\u043e\u0434\u0442\u0432\u0435\u0440\u0434\u0438\u043b \u043d\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0441\u0442\u044c<\/a> \u0432 LinkedIn<\/strong> post on Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter 16 remarkable years under \u042d\u043d\u0442\u043e\u043d\u0438 \u0425\u0441\u0438\u0435\u0445<\/a>\u2018s mentorship and leadership, as many of you know, we mutually agreed it was time for me to move on from the organization,\u201d Madonna wrote.<\/p>\n

In the same post, Madonna announced that he recently founded Trust One Financial<\/strong>, which will be open for business in early April. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe will be partnering with Jason Stuecher and Ease Mortgage<\/strong>, while backed by the power of \u0423\u0412\u041c<\/a><\/strong>. We will leverage the best tools and fulfilment available in the industry to delight our customers and create a platform of success and growth for our originators,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n

\u0412 \u0438\u043d\u0442\u0435\u0440\u0432\u044c\u044e \u0441 \u0416\u0438\u043b\u044c\u0435\u041f\u0440\u043e\u0432\u043e\u043b\u043e\u043a\u0430<\/strong>, Madonna, who was a founding member of the company, described his late December departure from the company as a \u201cmutual\u201d and \u201camicable\u201d decision that aligned with Hsieh reassembling \u201ca fresh leadership team.\u201d Madonna also confirmed that Trust One will be a broker shop and a dba of Ease Mortgage.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was watching from the sidelines some of these very large emerging platforms in the broker space<\/a> \u2026 there\u2019s a deep interest on my part to go attack that market, and really think I can do a lot there,\u201d he said. \u201cMy roots are in the broker space.\u201d<\/p>\n

So far, Madonna said it\u2019s just himself as an employee, but he\u2019ll be \u0440\u0435\u043a\u0440\u0443\u0442\u0438\u043d\u0433<\/a> for his Irvine, California-based shop. \u201cI plan on taking this to a pretty large scale over the next 12 to 24 months,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Hsieh also expressed that he was supportive of Madonna\u2019s \u201cnew chapter\u201d in his professional journey and touted his \u201cintensity, focus and drive\u201d as one of the reasons that loanDepot experienced 38% growth each year for its first 11 years.<\/p>\n
