The \u0438\u0441\u043a\u0443\u0441\u0441\u0442\u0432\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044b\u0439 \u0438\u043d\u0442\u0435\u043b\u043b\u0435\u043a\u0442<\/a> (AI)-powered platform was rolled out companywide on Tuesday under a one-year exclusive agreement, according to Baird & Warner leaders.<\/p>\n

The tool is designed to create, manage and schedule \u0441\u043e\u0446\u0438\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u044b\u0435 \u043c\u0435\u0434\u0438\u0430<\/a> content across multiple platforms \u2014 with an enhanced integration with Midwest Real Estate Data MLS<\/strong> to incorporate listing and market data.<\/p>\n

\u201cSocial media is one of the most powerful ways our agents stay connected to their current clients, past clients and communities, but it is also one of the most time-consuming and repetitive parts of the real estate business,\u201d Dean Rouso, senior vice president of strategic initiatives at Baird & Warner, said in a statement.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur exclusive \u043f\u0430\u0440\u0442\u043d\u0435\u0440\u0441\u0442\u0432\u043e<\/a> with Rejig.AI responds to what we were hearing from Baird & Warner agents \u2013 requests to make social media more efficient but remain highly personalized and optimized specifically for the Chicagoland<\/a> market.\u201d<\/p>\n

Agents can upload photos, videos and links or allow the system to suggest content by scanning local news, pulling market statistics from \u041b\u043e\u043a\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u0430\u044f \u043b\u043e\u0433\u0438\u043a\u0430<\/strong> and sourcing data from the \u0443\u0441\u043b\u0443\u0433\u0430 \u043c\u043d\u043e\u0436\u0435\u0441\u0442\u0432\u0435\u043d\u043d\u043e\u0433\u043e \u043b\u0438\u0441\u0442\u0438\u043d\u0433\u0430<\/a> \u2014 including new listings, listings under contract and price changes.<\/p>\n

During onboarding, \u0430\u0433\u0435\u043d\u0442\u044b<\/a> provide materials such as headshots, logos and target neighborhoods. A Rejig specialist completes setup and provides a tutorial.<\/p>\n

The company said the system adapts to agent preferences over time as users create and refine content.<\/p>\n

Agents can prompt the platform to create graphics for open houses and schedule posts across \u0424\u0435\u0439\u0441\u0431\u0443\u043a<\/strong>, \u0418\u043d\u0441\u0442\u0430\u0433\u0440\u0430\u043c<\/strong>, LinkedIn<\/strong>, \u0422\u0438\u043a\u0422\u043e\u043a<\/strong>, Google Business<\/strong> \u0438 YouTube<\/strong>. The system can generate carousel posts, videos and reels, and it allows agents to either schedule content manually or automate it.<\/p>\n

It also provides monthly performance reports and weekly content previews via text message.<\/p>\n

An optional voice cloning<\/a> feature allows agents to record a sample of their voice, which can then be used to generate narrated posts and videos.<\/p>\n

Early beta testing among agents produced positive feedback, Rouso said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe response from our agents has been overwhelmingly positive,\u201d he said. \u201cAgents appreciate how the tool gives them control over their brand while eliminating the manual steps that make social media marketing so time intensive. Rejig can save agents hours each week on content creation and marketing \u2014 serving as a far more affordable alternative to hiring designers, videographers and dedicated social media managers.<\/p>\n
