Listing statuses are matters of local discretion, with each MLS determining the appropriate statuses for its marketplace.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBrokers and agents who choose to participate in an MLS agree to comply with that MLS\u2019s policies and rules, which are designed to benefit consumers and their marketplace.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Compass International Holdings\u2019 global network of real estate professionals includes <strong>@\u0445\u0430\u0440\u0430\u043a\u0442\u0435\u0440\u0438\u0441\u0442\u0438\u043a\u0438<\/strong>, <strong>Better Homes and Gardens \u041d\u0435\u0434\u0432\u0438\u0436\u0438\u043c\u043e\u0441\u0442\u044c<\/strong>, <strong>\u0412\u0435\u043a 21<\/strong>, <strong>\u041c\u0435\u0436\u0434\u0443\u043d\u0430\u0440\u043e\u0434\u043d\u0430\u044f \u043d\u0435\u0434\u0432\u0438\u0436\u0438\u043c\u043e\u0441\u0442\u044c Christie&#039;s<\/strong>, <strong>\u041a\u043e\u043b\u0434\u0432\u0435\u043b\u043b \u0411\u0430\u043d\u043a\u0438\u0440<\/strong>, <strong>\u041a\u043e\u043c\u043f\u0430\u0441<\/strong>, <strong>\u041a\u043e\u0440\u043a\u043e\u0440\u0430\u043d<\/strong>, <strong>ERA<\/strong> \u0438 <strong>\u041c\u0435\u0436\u0434\u0443\u043d\u0430\u0440\u043e\u0434\u043d\u0430\u044f \u043d\u0435\u0434\u0432\u0438\u0436\u0438\u043c\u043e\u0441\u0442\u044c \u0421\u043e\u0442\u0431\u0438\u0441<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>NAR said its statement goes along with its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/confused-by-the-ccp-debate-heres-what-to-know\/\">long-standing position<\/a> that sharing properties on the MLS provides transparency in the marketplace.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNAR values the pro-competitive and pro-consumer benefits of MLS, including broad market exposure, access to available properties for sale in a marketplace, and equal access to the public,\u201d the association added. \u201cWe will continue to protect and advance the rights of Americans to own real estate and to support consumers throughout the home buying and selling process.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Roughly one year ago, NAR <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/nar-unveils-new-mls-options-policy-with-delayed-marketing\/\">\u0432\u0432\u0435\u0434\u0435\u043d<\/a> its Multiple Listing Options for Sellers guidelines \u2014 with a stated aim of giving MLSs the ability to determine delayed marketing periods.<\/p>\n<p>During this time period, the seller and the listing agent will be able to \u201cmarket the listing in a manner consistent with the seller\u2019s needs and interests,\u201d NAR said at that time.
