The consensus among analysts is $698 million in Q1 revenue and $3.2 billion for full-year 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Ishbia also pointed to revenue growth from newer offerings, saying the company is \u201cahead of pace to achieve an annualized nine figure run rate in revenue\u201d from products and services. These include title alternative services (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/uwm-cuts-costs-for-refinance-borrowers-with-update-to-title-fees\/\">TRAC+<\/a>) and loan coordinator services to assist brokers with processing tasks (PA+).<\/p>\n<p>On the expenses side, Ishbia argued that UWM\u2019s investment in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/uwm-jason-bressler-challenges-fears-of-ai-mortgage-lending\/\">\u0438\u0441\u043a\u0443\u0441\u0441\u0442\u0432\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044b\u0439 \u0438\u043d\u0442\u0435\u043b\u043b\u0435\u043a\u0442<\/a> is improving productivity and allowing the lender to scale without an increase in staffing. He said the company can handle two to three times its current volume of $49.6 billion in Q4 2025 production.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cManagement commentary on AI suggests that company expenses will not increase much as increased headcount will not be needed to handle growing volume,\u201d <strong>\u041a\u0438\u0444, \u0411\u0440\u0443\u0439\u0435\u0442\u0442 \u0438 \u0412\u0443\u0434\u0441 <\/strong>(KBW) analysts Bose George and Frankie Labetti wrote in a note.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis suggests upside to our estimates. We\u2019re at $0.04 for 1Q and $0.43 for 2026 (consensus is $0.06 for 1Q and $0.44 for 2026).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ishbia also provided an update on UWM\u2019s voice AI assistant, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/uwm-ai-tools-leo-mia-offer-analysis-virtual-borrower-assistance\/\">MIA<\/a>, which he said is expected to handle more than 12 million inbound and outbound calls this year. He added that the tool has helped surface <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/q4-mortgage-originations-refinance-surge\/\">\u0440\u0435\u0444\u0438\u043d\u0430\u043d\u0441\u0438\u0440\u043e\u0432\u0430\u0442\u044c<\/a> opportunities, as the company points to a 12% share in the refi market along with its leading role in purchase lending.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/tag\/two-harbors-investment-corp\/\">Two Harbors<\/a> shareholders are scheduled to vote on the deal on March 16. UWM shares have fallen since the announcement, closing at $5.12 on Dec. 12 and trading around $4.14 as of Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n<p>If completed, UWM says the transaction would nearly double its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/uwm-and-bilt-partner-to-redefine-the-mortgage-servicing-experience\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/uwm-and-bilt-partner-to-redefine-the-mortgage-servicing-experience\/\">servicing book<\/a> and create the eighth-largest U.S. mortgage servicer.
