\u201cEven without the Two Harbors transaction, we now expect our total revenue for the first quarter of 2026 to be between $800 million and $900 million, and for fiscal year 2026 to be between $3.5 billion and $4.5 billion,\u201d \u041c\u0430\u0442 \u0418\u0448\u0431\u0438\u044f<\/a>, UWM\u2019s chairman, president and CEO, said in a filing with the \u041a\u043e\u043c\u0438\u0441\u0441\u0438\u044f \u043f\u043e \u0411\u0435\u0437\u043e\u043f\u0430\u0441\u043d\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0438 \u0438 \u041e\u0431\u043c\u0435\u043d\u0443 <\/strong>(SEC).<\/p>\n

\u0412 late February<\/a>, the company anticipated total revenue in Q1 2026 of $650 million to $850 million. The consensus among analysts is $698 million in Q1 revenue and $3.2 billion for full-year 2026.<\/p>\n

Ishbia also pointed to revenue growth from newer offerings, saying the company is \u201cahead of pace to achieve an annualized nine figure run rate in revenue\u201d from products and services. These include title alternative services (TRAC+<\/a>) and loan coordinator services to assist brokers with processing tasks (PA+).<\/p>\n

On the expenses side, Ishbia argued that UWM\u2019s investment in \u0438\u0441\u043a\u0443\u0441\u0441\u0442\u0432\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044b\u0439 \u0438\u043d\u0442\u0435\u043b\u043b\u0435\u043a\u0442<\/a> is improving productivity and allowing the lender to scale without an increase in staffing. He said the company can handle two to three times its current volume of $49.6 billion in Q4 2025 production.<\/p>\n

\u201cManagement commentary on AI suggests that company expenses will not increase much as increased headcount will not be needed to handle growing volume,\u201d \u041a\u0438\u0444, \u0411\u0440\u0443\u0439\u0435\u0442\u0442 \u0438 \u0412\u0443\u0434\u0441 <\/strong>(KBW) analysts Bose George and Frankie Labetti wrote in a note.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis suggests upside to our estimates. We\u2019re at $0.04 for 1Q and $0.43 for 2026 (consensus is $0.06 for 1Q and $0.44 for 2026).\u201d<\/p>\n

Ishbia also provided an update on UWM\u2019s voice AI assistant, MIA<\/a>, which he said is expected to handle more than 12 million inbound and outbound calls this year. He added that the tool has helped surface \u0440\u0435\u0444\u0438\u043d\u0430\u043d\u0441\u0438\u0440\u043e\u0432\u0430\u0442\u044c<\/a> opportunities, as the company points to a 12% share in the refi market along with its leading role in purchase lending.<\/p>\n

Two Harbors<\/a> shareholders are scheduled to vote on the deal on March 16. UWM shares have fallen since the announcement, closing at $5.12 on Dec. 12 and trading around $4.14 as of Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n

If completed, UWM says the transaction would nearly double its servicing book<\/a> and create the eighth-largest U.S. mortgage servicer. Two Harbors is a real estate investment trust focused on mortgage servicing rights (MSRs) and operates RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing<\/strong>, a major servicer of conventional loans.<\/p>\n

\u0411\u0422\u0418\u0413<\/strong> analyst Eric Hagen wrote that his firm remains \u201crelatively confident\u201d that Two Harbors shareholders will approve the merger, although recent volatility has reduced the odds compared to when the proposal was announced. <\/p>\n

\u201cEven though UWMC\u2019s stock is confronting volatility right now, we don\u2019t think it detracts from the longer-term vision and motivation from Two\u2019s perspective, which is to merge with a scaled originator in order to more effectively compete on recapture<\/a> to more optimally manage its prepayment risk,\u201d Hagen wrote. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe think the company is hamstrung with too much leverage to effectively grow and raise capital as a stand-alone, and moving forward with the deal is the best way for shareholders to capture both near- and longer-term value.\u201d<\/p>\n
