Broker Public Portal (BPP) <\/strong>\u0438 Realtors Property Resource (RPR)<\/strong> have announced a new collaboration that will integrate RPR\u2019s Realtors Valuation Model into BPP\u2019s Cribio consumer home search experience for participating MLSs and associations.<\/p>\n

Under the agreement, MLSs and associations partnered with BPP may authorize the display of Realtors Valuation Model values on eligible off-market properties within their local Cribio-powered search experience.<\/p>\n

Leaders said rollout will remain optional and controlled at the MLS level through a permissions and authorization process involving the MLS, \u0411\u0440\u043e\u043a\u0435\u0440\u0441\u043a\u0438\u0439 \u043f\u0443\u0431\u043b\u0438\u0447\u043d\u044b\u0439 \u043f\u043e\u0440\u0442\u0430\u043b<\/a> and RPR.<\/p>\n

RPR\u2019s Realtors Valuation Model uses MLS listing information, off-market MLS <\/a>data and publicly recorded sales data to generate estimated home values.<\/p>\n

The valuation estimates will appear only on qualifying off-market properties<\/a> in participating markets and will not replace MLS-sourced pricing on active listings, leaders added.<\/p>\n

Liz Gunski, vice president of industry relations at RPR, said the integration is designed to support both consumers and Realtors while maintaining local oversight.<\/p>\n

Broker Public Portal said the addition of valuation data strengthens Cribio\u2019s<\/a> effort to provide a consumer-facing search platform built around MLS data and Fair Display Guidelines.<\/p>\n
