For Carlos Rosso, founder of Rosso Development, the goal was never simply to add another condominium building to the skyline.<\/p>\n

Designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Urban Robot in collaboration with The Standard\u2019s in-house design team, the building feels intentionally social from the ground up. <\/p>\n

Rather than focusing exclusively on private amenities, much of the experience revolves around creating opportunities for residents to connect, work, relax, and spend time together.<\/p>\n

A 60-foot resort-style pool serves as the centerpiece, surrounded by lush landscaping from Naturalficial and anchored by Solana, a rooftop restaurant and bar operated by the acclaimed Juvia Group.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere throughout the property, residents will find a fitness center, yoga and stretch studios, an infrared sauna, co-working lounges, screening room, and one of the more unexpected amenities<\/a> in Miami residential real estate: a pickleball court that doubles as a disco room.<\/p>\n
