\u0420\u0430\u043a\u0435\u0442\u043d\u044b\u0435 \u043a\u043e\u043c\u043f\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0438<\/strong> reported high second-quarter \u0437\u0430\u0440\u0430\u0431\u043e\u0442\u043e\u043a<\/a> on Thursday, driven by increased mortgage origination volume, servicing income and record market share gains in both purchase and refinance lending, even as the broader \u0420\u044b\u043d\u043e\u043a \u0436\u0438\u043b\u044c\u044f<\/a> remained challenging.<\/p>\n

The Detroit-based lender reported Q2 2026 net revenue of $2.78 billion, nearly double its $1.45 billion figure from the same period last year and landing in the middle of its Q1 2026 adjusted revenue forecast<\/a> of $2.7 billion to $2.9 billion.<\/p>\n

GAAP net income rose to $229 million, up from $34 million in the prior-year quarter, while adjusted net income increased to $441 million from $75 million. Adjusted EBITDA climbed to $766 million from $172 million.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe second quarter tested the housing industry; higher rates reduced affordability, demand softened, the spring market fell well short of expectations,\u201d CEO \u0412\u0430\u0440\u0443\u043d \u041a\u0440\u0438\u0448\u043d\u0430<\/a> said during the company\u2019s Thursday afternoon earnings call. \u201cBut against that backdrop, \u0420\u0430\u043a\u0435\u0442\u0430<\/a> reached record market share in both purchase and refinance \u2026 and continued executing ahead of plan. Those results reinforce what we\u2019ve been building for years.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chief financial officer Brian Brown added: \u201cAdjusted diluted EPS was 16 cents, up from 15 cents in the first quarter, making this our most profitable quarter in four years.\u201d<\/p>\n

The quarter also marked a change in Rocket\u2019s financial reporting. Beginning in Q2 2026, the company consolidated its operations into a single mortgage reporting segment, which includes its origination, servicing, title, closing and appraisal businesses. <\/p>\n

Prior-period results were recast to reflect the new reporting structure and allow for year-over-year comparisons, the company said. <\/p>\n

The company generated $47 billion in net rate-lock volume during the quarter and $49.1 billion in closed mortgage origination volume, while its gain-on-sale margin was 2.48%.<\/p>\n

Excluding \u043a\u043e\u0440\u0440\u0435\u0441\u043f\u043e\u043d\u0434\u0435\u043d\u0442\u0441\u043a\u043e\u0435 \u043a\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0438\u0442\u043e\u0432\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0435<\/a>, Rocket originated $39.2 billion in closed mortgages. The company ended the quarter with $11.2 billion in total liquidity and a \u043f\u043e\u0440\u0442\u0444\u0435\u043b\u044c \u043e\u0431\u0441\u043b\u0443\u0436\u0438\u0432\u0430\u043d\u0438\u044f<\/a> of $2 trillion across 9.1 million loans.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur loan officers are serving nearly 40% more clients while delivering double-digit improvements in conversion at the same time,\u201d Krishna said. \u201cThose gains really matter today, and they matter even more as the market recovers.\u201d <\/p>\n

Rocket also sold $53 billion in mortgage servicing rights during the quarter, generating $795 million in proceeds while retaining \u0441\u0443\u0431\u0441\u0435\u0440\u0432\u0438\u0441<\/a> and recapture rights on nearly 80% of the loans.<\/p>\n

\u201cToday, Rocket is both the nation\u2019s largest mortgage servicer and the nation\u2019s largest mortgage lender. Very few companies have both,\u201d Krishna added. <\/p>\n

Other highlights, looking ahead<\/h2>\n

Krishna said during the call that Rocket\u2019s purchase market share increased to 6.2%, up from 5.5% at the end of 2025, while its refinance market share rose to 14.3% from 12.2%.<\/p>\n

The company also completed the integration of its servicing platform following its \u043f\u0440\u0438\u043e\u0431\u0440\u0435\u0442\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435<\/a> \u0438\u0437 \u043c\u0438\u0441\u0442\u0435\u0440 \u041a\u0443\u043f\u0435\u0440<\/strong>, saying legacy Mr. Cooper recapture rates reached another record during the quarter.<\/p>\n

The company cited continued investments in \u0438\u0441\u043a\u0443\u0441\u0441\u0442\u0432\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044b\u0439 \u0438\u043d\u0442\u0435\u043b\u043b\u0435\u043a\u0442<\/a>, saying loan officers using its AI-powered pipeline management tools are handling nearly 40% more clients than a year ago. Rocket also said its AI Voice platform processed more than 1 million inbound servicing calls within three months of launch, with more than half of those calls resolved without assistance from servicing employees.<\/p>\n

The company also highlighted growth in its \u0441\u043e\u0431\u0441\u0442\u0432\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044b\u0439 \u043a\u0430\u043f\u0438\u0442\u0430\u043b<\/a> business, saying it became the nation\u2019s largest home equity lender and has helped more than 250,000 homeowners access $24 billion-plus in equity since introducing the product in 2022. Krishna told investors during the call that Rocket is the first independent mortgage company to lead the category.<\/p>\n

\u0422\u0435\u043c \u0432\u0440\u0435\u043c\u0435\u043d\u0435\u043c, \u041a\u0440\u0430\u0441\u043d\u043e\u043f\u0435\u0440\u044b\u0439<\/strong>, which Rocket acquired in 2025<\/a>, doubled its mortgage leads year over year in June and reached record mortgage attachment rates after expanding joint offerings between the two companies.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn June, mortgage leads from Redfin more than doubled year over year. The mortgage attach rate with Redfin agents reached 47%, approaching our synergy target of 50%,\u201d Krishna said. <\/p>\n

The company also provided an update on its monthly \u0420\u0430\u043a\u0435\u0442\u0430 \u041f\u0440\u043e<\/strong> \u201cPower Play\u201d<\/a> initiative, announced on the first Tuesday of each month. Recent enhancements include same-day conditional approvals, a 12-business-day clear-to-close commitment on eligible purchase loans, and continued \u041a\u043e\u043c\u043f\u0430\u0441<\/strong> pricing incentives.<\/p>\n

Since the Compass \u043f\u0430\u0440\u0442\u043d\u0435\u0440\u0441\u0442\u0432\u043e<\/a> launched, Rocket Pro brokers have generated more than $2 billion in net rate-lock volume.<\/p>\n

Looking ahead, Rocket forecast adjusted revenue between $2.5 billion and $2.7 billion for the third quarter.
