Meg Ryan\u2019s stay at one picture-perfect Bridgehampton estate turned out to be relatively brief \u2014 and financially rewarding on paper.<\/p>\n

The actress has sold her Hamptons home at 53 Matthews Lane for its full $15.25 million asking price, closing the deal on September 24.<\/p>\n

Ryan purchased the property for $13.5 million in 2024, meaning the latest sale came in $1.75 million above what she paid just two years earlier, before accounting for transaction costs or any money invested in the home.<\/p>\n

The buyer is Broadway and entertainment producer Henry Tisch, a member of the prominent Tisch family, according to \u0416\u0443\u0440\u043d\u0430\u043b "\u0423\u043e\u043b\u043b \u0421\u0442\u0440\u0438\u0442<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Paul Brennan and Martha Gundersen of Douglas Elliman represented Tisch in the transaction, while Evan R. Kulman of Compass represented the listing.<\/p>\n

Set on approximately 1.5 acres in Bridgehampton South, the five-bedroom residence spans 6,452 square feet and sits well back from the road on a secluded flag lot reached by a long gated driveway.<\/p>\n
