Adriana Lima sells gorgeous $12.9M home in L.A.’s Brentwood suburb

Even after stepping back from Victoria’s Secret runways, Adriana Lima clearly hasn’t lost her eye for a standout property.

The Brazilian supermodel and her husband, film producer Andre Lemmers III, have officially sold their Brentwood home for $12.96 million — though the story doesn’t end there.

The buyers were so taken with the home’s distinctive interiors that they paid extra to keep several of Lima’s personal lighting fixtures, including vintage Parisian street lamps that helped give the modern estate its personality.

Originally listed for just under $16 million, the gated property sits on one of the wider lots in Brentwood’s coveted flats north of Sunset Boulevard, a detail that quietly shaped everything from the room sizes to the golden afternoon light that fills the backyard.

Paul Salazar and Kyle Amicucci with Compass and Drew Fenton with Carolwood Estates held the listing, while Steven Kirshbaum of The Agency repped the unnamed buyer.

The home sits behind tall hedges and custom gates on Bundy Drive, offering the kind of privacy expected at this level.

Inside, the main house includes five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, plus a separate guest house that brings the total to six bedrooms across the property. The layout was designed to balance open entertaining areas with quieter private spaces.

It’s easy to see why the couple chose it.

A backyard built for long California afternoons

Out back, the property opens into a resort-style setting anchored by a pool, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen.

Because of the unusually wide lot — 120 feet across — the backyard gets strong afternoon sun and feels more open than most properties nearby.

That extra width makes a noticeable difference.

With Instagram-ready, indoor-outdoor interiors

A kitchen with two islands — and a second kitchen hidden behind it

The main kitchen serves as a visual centerpiece, with dual islands and a full suite of Miele appliances, including a built-in espresso station.

Tucked behind it is a separate chef’s kitchen outfitted with a Wolf range and additional refrigeration — a setup designed to keep the main space clean during larger gatherings.

It’s a detail often seen in newer luxury homes.

Vintage Paris street lamps that buyers couldn’t leave behind

One of the home’s most unexpected highlights wasn’t part of the architecture — it was the lighting.

The buyers were so drawn to Lima’s collection of antique fixtures, including vintage Paris street lamps, that they negotiated to buy them separately.

The pieces helped shape the home’s atmosphere.

A primary suite with its own fireplace terrace

Upstairs, the primary suite opens onto a private terrace with a fireplace.

The bedroom also includes a custom walk-in closet with built-in storage and secure drawers for valuables.

Security technology straight out of a sci-fi movie

The property’s security system reflects a growing trend among high-profile homeowners.

An AI-powered camera network can recognize unfamiliar faces and alert security personnel within seconds. The home also includes automated perimeter alerts and round-the-clock patrol service.

It’s designed to operate quietly in the background.

A private movie theater with serious production value

Given Lemmers’ background in film, it’s not surprising the house includes a full theater.

More than $100,000 worth of audio-visual equipment is built into the room, hidden behind acoustically transparent finishes designed to deliver a true cinema experience.

It’s one of the home’s more immersive features.

A guest house that expands the living space

Separate from the main residence, the guest house includes its own bedroom and bathroom.

It provides space for visitors, staff, or extended stays without interrupting the main home’s flow.

This flexibility adds to the property’s functionality.

A wide Brentwood lot that helped seal the deal

According to listing agent Paul Salazar of Compass, the lot itself was a major selling point.

It’s rare to find a lot this wide north of Sunset, 120 feet of frontage, so the rooms feel extra open and the backyard gets amazing afternoon light with its west-facing orientation,” he said.

That extra width helped give the home its open feel.

A quiet exit from one of fashion’s most recognizable names

For Lima, the sale marks the end of her time at the Brentwood property.

Best known for her long run as a Victoria’s Secret Angel, Lima has owned properties in both Miami and New York City before settling down in Los Angeles’ suburbs a few years back.

When first listing the Brentwood home for sale in 2025, Adriana Lima and Lemmers told the New York Post in an email that the decision to sell comes as their professional commitments have shifted east.
