Century 21 Real Estate has announced the affiliation of Monument Real Estate, a locally owned brokerage in Emporia, Kansas.
The firm, founded in 2021 by broker-owner Christian Keisler, will now operate as Century 21 Monument Real Estate.
Keisler, who entered the real estate industry in 2016 after a career in sales and marketing, has built a steady presence in the east-central Kansas market. His brokerage currently ranks 11th in the local MLS by sales volume.
The move to affiliate with Century 21 marks a strategic shift aimed at future growth, Keisler said.
“My background in sales and marketing has helped me tremendously when it comes to connecting with clients on a personal level and helping them achieve exactly what they are looking for in a transaction,” he said.
“However, tooting my own horn has never come naturally to me, and that’s why I wanted to find a brand that already has a renowned reputation and can provide widespread exposure. The Century 21 brand represents exactly that.”
Keisler launched Monument Real Estate three years ago, earning early recognition from the Sunflower Association of Realtors as a “Rising Star” after generating more than $1 million in sales during his first year as a full-time agent.
His firm has become known locally for its commercial real estate services, but it also offers residential sales, farm and ranch transactions, new construction and property management across a wide region — from Kansas City to Wichita.
“There is always a way to get a deal done when you’re willing to think outside the box and explore every possible solution,” Keisler said. “I believe that when a company is family-oriented and enjoys coming to the office every day, it’s much easier to put in 110% and make sure that no stone goes unturned.
“Every transaction should be an experience to remember, and we never want to be the firm that offers a boring, cookie-cutter real estate experience.”
Keisler previously worked with clients in the Kansas City area before relocating to Emporia. He now leads a team of independent sales professionals who will gain access to the Century 21 brand’s marketing tools, lead generation systems and agent training programs.
Going forward, Keisler plans to recruit additional agents and expand into new markets across Kansas. He also intends to explore acquisition opportunities as part of his long-term growth strategy.
“We’re so excited to welcome Christian and his firm to the Century 21 network,” said Mike Miedler, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate. “In his young real estate career, Christian has already made a name for himself in both the commercial and residential space — a feat which uniquely sets him apart in his service area.
“We know Christian already has growth on his mind, and we can’t wait to provide him with the tools to help him pursue new opportunities.”
