Keller Williams has added another top producing team to its roster. On Tuesday, the brokerage announced that The Parlay Group in New Jersey is joining Keller Williams Village Square Realty.
The Ridgewood, New Jersey-based team, which includes 12 agents and two staff members, was co-founded by Anthony Zito and Hipolito Touron
“We are thrilled to welcome Anthony and Hip and their exceptional agents of the Parlay Group to the KW family,” David Lotan, the co-team leader of Keller Williams Village Square Realty, said in a statement. “We’re excited to support their continued growth and provide the platform, tools, and community that will take their success to the next level.”
According to the announcement, The Parlay Group sold 263 units totaling $90.6 million in sales in 2024. Over the past decade, Zito has personally sold more than $100 million worth of homes, while Touron has closed more than $65 million over the course of his career.
“We chose to join Keller Williams because the model ‘by agents for agents’ is authentic,” Zito said in a statement. “The team structure is unlike any other real estate company and allows us to easily scale while continuing to increase the value add for our agents and clients.”
Touron added that he and his team are looking forward to leveraging Keller Williams’ training and AI technology to maximize time and improve agent productivity.
