Luxury Presence has raised $22 million in a Series C equity financing round, led by Bessemer Venture Partners, and secured an additional $15 million in debt financing from J.P. Morgan.
New funding will support development of Luxury Presence’s new artificial intelligence (AI)–driven customer relationship management platform — Presence CRM.
“High-performing agents have years of business buried in their existing contacts and digital rolodexes,” said Malte Kramer, founder and chief executive officer of Luxury Presence. “Presence CRM brings those opportunities to the surface and shows every agent exactly what to do next. Traditional CRMs need to be fed. This is the first system that feeds the agent.”
The equity round also included participation from NextEquity, GSBackers, TPC and Adam and Jade Mills. Bessemer Venture Partners had previously invested in the firm.
Presence CRM integrates contact data, communication history, website activity and third-party information to monitor changes such as property ownership records, employment updates and other indicators that may signal a future real estate transaction.
The system is designed to generate suggested outreach and prioritize contacts based on those signals, the company said.
Byron Deeter, a partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, said the firm views Luxury Presence as a company with the potential to reshape how real estate professionals use technology.
“We’ve seen Luxury Presence evolve from a trusted tech provider to the category-defining growth platform for real estate agents,” Deeter said. “By unifying proprietary data with AI designed for the nuances of real estate, they’re giving agents a compounding advantage and turning existing relationships into their most powerful growth engine.”
Luxury Presence said Presence CRM will be included across its platform offerings and is scheduled to begin rolling out in early 2026.
