Today we realize a dream!
“Shoot it all” “me am going to an island to rent boats” “if you don’t have the family here, I would leave now” As many times we have said or thought of at least one of these phrases, well, today you have the opportunity to do it, a different life without leaving your loved ones.
We meet in Brescia and together enjoy the short road to Toscolano Maderno on the western shore of Lake Garda.

For our accommodation I chose, for me the mini ground floor apartment consisting of double bedroom with kitchenette, bathroom with hydromassage and fireplace. For you the three bedroom apartment on the first floor consists of kitchen, living room, bathroom, two doubles and one single.
I would say that I have revealed how you can change your life, buying this wonderful property surrounded by 25,000 square meters of private land, choosing whether to limit yourself to renting the independent apartments or offering, thanks to the bar and the verandas also the breakfast service or take advantage of the equipped kitchen to activate a restaurant service for customers only or open to the outdoors. If you want to dream large you can always build almost 1,600 square meters of hotel / residence or RTA.
The location and how it is structured allows you to choose what you want to do all in a large villa with swimming pool where you can enjoy the view of the lake and the excellent food accompanied by a good wine.
Now we have to go, come, come, get in the car … I understand you don’t want to go any more, but you are not the only one … I would also stay here forever.
