Heather and Terry Dubrow have added another trophy residence to their Los Angeles portfolio, this time doubling down on a building they already know well.
The Real Housewives couple has purchased penthouse 37A at The Century in Century City for $13,750,000, marking the highest condo sale in Century City this year and one of the most significant transactions across Los Angeles County in 2026 so far.
It’s not just a high-dollar deal, it’s a strategic one that allows the famed property flippers to create a city residence that matches the scale of their previous larger-than-life abodes (including Chateau Dubrow), often featured on Real Housewives.
A second penthouse directly beneath their current unit

The newly acquired penthouse sits immediately below unit 38A, which the Dubrows purchased in October 2022 for $14 million.
That positioning is more than a coincidence. With the two units stacked, the layout creates a clear opportunity to connect them internally, transforming separate residences into a single multi-level home.
A potential 10,800-square-foot combination in the making

If the two penthouses are merged, the combined space would total approximately 10,854 square feet.
That would make it the second-largest penthouse at The Century, trailing only the full two-floor residence owned by Candy Spelling. In a building where scale is already a defining feature, that kind of footprint stands out.
Inside penthouse 37A: a 5,600-square-foot half-floor residence

Penthouse 37A spans approximately 5,600 square feet, occupying a half-floor within the building.
The layout is oriented around expansive living and dining areas, where floor-to-ceiling windows bring in light and uninterrupted views across Los Angeles.
From this elevation, sightlines extend in multiple directions, capturing the Pacific Ocean, the surrounding mountains, and the city skyline.
Outdoor terraces extend the living spaces and provide vantage points for both daytime and evening views. At sunset, the orientation allows for unobstructed sightlines toward the ocean, while at night the city lights take over, shifting the atmosphere entirely.
A three-bedroom layout with five bathrooms

The residence includes three bedrooms and five bathrooms, arranged to balance privacy with shared living space.
The primary suite includes a sitting area and a large bathroom, while two additional guest suites provide accommodation for visitors or extended stays.
A building designed by Robert A. M. Stern

The Century was designed by architect Robert A. M. Stern, whose work often bridges traditional architectural language with contemporary living.
That influence is visible in both the building’s exterior and the proportions of the residences inside, where scale and layout take priority over trend-driven design.
Four acres of amenities within a private residential setting make The Century a top choice for the elite

The Century’s amenities are spread across four acres of landscaped grounds, giving the building a more expansive feel than most high-rise developments.
Residents have access to a resort-style pool, fitness and wellness facilities, a screening room, wine storage, and dedicated spaces for dining and entertaining.
Privacy and low-density living in the middle of the city
One of the building’s defining features is its relatively low density compared to other luxury towers.
According to listing agent Bachir Oueida of Douglas Elliman, this results in fewer neighbors, less congestion, and a more private overall experience — factors that continue to attract high-profile buyers.

Oueida describes The Century as offering a version of estate living within a high-rise setting.
“Originally conceived as a natural transition for owners of large estates seeking to downsize without compromising lifestyle, The Century delivers true vertical estate living. Simply put, there is no more amenity-rich luxury residential building in Los Angeles.”
The idea is to provide the scale, services, and privacy of a large standalone home while placing it in a central location just minutes from Beverly Hills and the surrounding Westside.
A move that expands the Dubrows’ footprint in Century City
With this purchase, Heather and Terry Dubrow now control two vertically aligned penthouses within the same building, with the new purchase sitting directly under the one the Dubrows purchased in October 2022 for $14,000,000.
That alone places them in a unique position, with the flexibility to maintain separate residences or combine them into a single, larger home.
If the Dubrows decide to merge the two penthouses via a staircase, it would effectively become the second largest penthouse at the Century, at approximately 10,854 square feet (after Candy Spelling’s famed two-floor penthouse).

One of the top condo sales in Los Angeles this year
The $13.75 million purchase places the Dubrows’ new penthouse among the most expensive condo deals in Los Angeles County this year.
Only one transaction has surpassed it so far — a $14 million sale at the West Hollywood EDITION Residences — with the Mandarin Oriental Residences Beverly Hills following just behind at $13.252 million. Within Century City, it currently holds the top spot for 2026.

The sale was handled by agents with extensive experience at The Century.
Bachir Oueida represented the seller and has completed more than 120 transactions in the building, including multiple penthouse deals in recent years. The Dubrows were represented by Cassandra Petersen Harris of Coldwell Banker and Charlie Edgar of Sotheby’s, The Go Group.
