If you’re planning to downsize and move into a tiny home, there’s a lot you’ll first want to consider, mainly how much space you’ll actually need. While the whole idea of a tiny home is to live in a smaller space, the majority of tiny houses are designed for just one or two people and may be too small for families.

The need for just a bit more space is why we’re loving this modern prefabricated house at Amazon that not only has a large, covered front porch, but while most tiny homes are just one open space (maybe with one bedroom) this one can be customized to have up to three bedrooms.

Along with the gorgeous porch and extra interior space, the tiny home also has a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Move-in ready, the kitchen has cabinets and a sink, while the bathroom has a shower, cabinet, and toilet. All doors, windows, flooring, wiring, and pipes are also pre-installed—just get ready to move right in.

With a size up to 40×20 feet, this tiny home’s best feature is the expansive porch that is also covered by the extended roof. It’s the perfect area to leisurely read or have your morning coffee throughout all the seasons—even as we head into cooler temperatures. It even has railings on each side, perfect for decorating for the seasons without worrying about your decor getting ruined by the weather. While the measurements of the porch are not listed, photos show it is large enough for a swing, small table and chair set, and more.

The structure itself is made of galvanized steel, and it has fiberglass wool insulation in the walls to keep you cozy and warm when you’re not out enjoying the gorgeous porch. No matter where you decide to settle (or move), this home is built to withstand up to 110 Km/h of wind pressure and is also earthquake resistant.

Like other tiny homes at Amazon, it can be purchased in one full payment or monthly payments and they’ll deliver it to wherever you’d like to live. Waterproof and sturdy, it would also make a great vacation home if you happen to own some beach-front property.

While this is one of our favorite tiny homes from Amazon, thanks to the whopping three bedrooms and large, covered porch, it may not be the right choice for everyone. We’ve put some of Amazon’s other tiny homes below in different sizes and designs to see one that suits you and your lifestyle best.
