It’s no secret that Y2K has been back for a while. You’ve seen jelly nails, jelly shoes, and jelly-inspired fashion accessories make their way into the mainstream in the past few years. Now, it’s time in the interior design spotlight has arrived—and it only makes sense that Jell-O is at the forefront.
Yes, that’s right: Jell-O is no longer just a food company. They’ve entered the world of interior design with a brand new line of Jell-O inspired chairs, set to turn any room in your home into a funky ’90s-inspired haven.
Though there’s still plenty of room for neutrals in 2024, many of the recent interior design trends have focused on adding lots of color and whimsical shapes into every room. Whether you’re a fan of dopamine decor or are enjoying the playfulness of curved furniture, there’s been a lot to love when it comes to injecting vibrancy into your home.

Jell-O’s new chairs embody everything you’d want when it comes to jelly-inspired furniture: They’re bright, fun, maximalist, and they’re about to make everyone’s living rooms look like they’re straight out of a throwback dopamine decor look book.
What You’ll Find in the Jell-O Furniture Line
The Jell-O chairs are shaped like actual gelatin molds and come in all the classic colors (or should we say flavors?): red (strawberry), yellow (lemon), green (lime), and orange (well, orange). The material is shiny and transparent to mimic the look of the iconic snack.
Not only do they look like Jell-O, they’re inflatable—so we’d imagine that sitting in them is reminiscent of what relaxing in an actual Jell-O mold would feel like: bouncy, comfy, and just plain fun. This also makes them easy to move around, ideal for versatile, storable seating for small spaces.

The chairs even include a built-in Jell-O cupholder, so you’ve got somewhere to put your cup while you sit back. We just hope you match the flavor you’re enjoying to the color of your chair for extra style points.
As of September 10, you can shop the chairs on Amazon. Sadly, the strawberry and orange colors have already sold out—but the official product description says they’re coming soon, and fans on Instagram are already begging for a restock.
Will you see other Jell-O furniture in the future? The company has certainly left an impression dipping into design space, so it’s definitely a possibility. As the jelly trend continues to grow in popularity, we’d like to imagine we’ll see a few more conversation pieces soon.
