Denver-based real estate brokerage West + Main Homes has launched a new home improvement service in partnership with contractor Curbio.
The program, called Refresh by West, offers West + Main agents and their clients access to expedited, fixed-price proposals for presale or move-in home improvements.
Curbio — a Maryland-based contractor that specializes in residential projects for home buyers and sellers — will manage and execute the work through its local project teams.
“Refresh by West provides our clients with a seamless solution for home improvements, whether they are preparing to list a property or settling into their dream home,” said Stacie Staub, CEO and founder of West + Main Homes. “Partnering with Curbio allows us to simplify the process from start to finish while delivering an experience that reflects the curated approach our clients expect.

The program allows agents to request proposals 24/7 via a QR code or mobile app. Following an in-person walkthrough with a Curbio project manager, agents typically receive a detailed, fixed-price estimate within 48 hours, according to the companies.

Curbio handles scheduling, sourcing of materials and oversight of project execution. The company offers a broad range of interior and exterior services — including some that are less common among traditional contractors, such as staging, deep cleaning, and upgrades to minor fixtures and finishes.
