Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is making its formal debut in North Carolina and South Carolina.
According to an announcement on Tuesday, Allen Tate Realtors is rebranding as Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate, effective Sept. 12. While this is the first time the Howard Hanna brand has entered the Carolinas, Allen Tate has been a part of the Howard Hanna family since September 2018.
Howard W. “Hoby” Hanna IV, CEO of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, called this a “growth move.”
“We’re aligning two iconic brands to bring even more opportunity, tech forward programs and marketing power to better equip our agents to service the growing needs of home buyers and sellers in the Carolinas,” Hanna said in a statement.
“The Carolinas have always been a cornerstone of our long-term vision. Uniting under one brand, this alignment allows us to unlock new potential, helping more agents grow their businesses and more families sell their home with confidence across our 13-state footprint.”
In late 2024, Hanna told HousingWire that his firm is focused on growth. Earlier this summer, he said on an episode of the RealTrending podcast that his goal is to reach 20% market share in 20 markets across the country.
