eXp Realty has unveiled eXp Sports & Entertainment — a new division within eXp Luxury aimed at serving professional athletes, entertainers and other high-profile clients.
The announcement was made Tuesday during eXpCon Miami, the brokerage’s annual real estate conference.
eXp Sports & Entertainment provides agents with certification, branding tools and access to a global network designed to meet specialized needs, says eXp Realty CEO Leo Pareja.
“The Sports and Entertainment segment requires a unique level of confidence, discretion and specialized knowledge,” says Pareja. “This launch is a direct response to our agents’ desire to dominate lucrative niche markets. Agents who complete the program gain access to exclusive eXp Sports & Entertainment branding, design materials and marketing resources.
The division also offers listing decks, social media templates and presentations tailored for clients ranging from local athletes to global celebrities.
A certification course grants agents official recognition within the eXp Luxury network — with those certified receiving a verified badge and directory placement identifying them as specialists in high-profile real estate.
Members participate in biweekly sessions featuring agents, athlete advisors, general managers and entertainment professionals — covering client strategy, business growth and industry trends.
They also gain access to a vetted global network of partners, including attorneys, wealth planners and relocation vendors.
