Turns out you can buy a Jasmine Roth-designed home OR you can buy the star decorator’s own home.
The HGTV star has just listed her cozy and impeccably designed residence — dubbed the Roth Homestead — for $6,450,000 (with Kevin Via at Compass), making the announcement official on her Insta channel as well.
Set in the surf-friendly seaside city of Huntington Beach, Roth’s newly completed 5-bedroom abode was built in 2020, and the interior maven has spent three years finishing it and turning it into the dream family home it is today.
The reason for selling? Turns out, Jasmine Roth and her family are leaving California and moving to Utah, a place that holds dear memories for the Cali-based designer and builder — that’s where she and her husband Brett wed back in 2013. She also plans to dive deeper into the local real estate market there.
Despite being excited about the move, parting ways with her family home in Huntington Beach doesn’t come easy:
“Putting the “Roth Homestead” up for sale is bittersweet,” Jasmine shares. “It took me three years to build, and it’s been a place we’ve called home for over four years. Hazel was three months old when we moved in, I’ve filmed countless scenes of my HGTV series here, and we have so many amazing memories that we’re forever grateful for!”

Jasmine Roth is moving to Utah
Jasmine, who’s currently expecting baby #2 with husband Brett (the two already share a daughter, Hazel Lynn, age 4), shared her excitement about the move: “As our family grows, we’re excited for our next chapter in Utah, where we’ll be trading sounds of the ocean and sand for our snowboards and hiking trails.”
She’s looking forward to being more involved in the Utah real estate market
Just because she’s moving, doesn’t mean she has any plans of slowing down.
In fact, it’s quite the opposite, as she goes on to share “I’ve been working on homes in Utah, and I’ve been involved in the Utah real estate market for almost a decade, so I’m excited to now jump in with both feet. Also, we had the most picturesque Park City wedding in 2013, which is now where we expect to give birth to our second baby, so it’s definitely a full circle moment for our family. We’re embarking on this new journey with open hearts, and I can’t wait to share our new home, designs, and more!”

The kitchen in particular steals the show with its warm wood cabinets and white counters that beautifully contrast the leather-finished black granite counters of the kitchen island.
It’s also luxuriously equipped with custom Viking appliances including a 48” range, 36” refrigerator, 36” freezer, built-in microwave, and wine fridge.

The open floorplan leads us from the kitchen straight to the living area, where comfortable seating overlooks a fireplace and the outdoor areas.

The rooftop of the house didn’t go unused either, with Jasmine using this space to create a welcoming roof deck perfect for entertaining guests — and taking in the view.

Heading downstairs and out into the backyard, we find more space to entertain and relax, including a pool, spa, and a Lynx BBQ. There’s also a 5.5 car garage for guests to park their rides.

In line with Jasmine Roth’s signature style, the house gets the indoor/outdoor living experience just right. However, we can’t help but wonder if this style is equally popular (and easy to replicate in Utah), where the home builder is headed.
