Winning big changed more than Michael Cohen’s bank account — it reshaped an entire property.
Known to fellow sports bettors by the handle “Two Gun,” the Houston businessman has won $1 million on DraftKings five separate times.
Rather than simply upgrading homes, he used those winnings to assemble a 12-acre compound in Katy, Texas, renaming both the private street and the estate Two Gun Way and even commissioning custom branding that gives the property the identity of a modern Texas ranch.
Now the one-of-a-kind estate has hit the market for $11.2 million, represented by Nicholas Moncada of Douglas Elliman.
To bring his vision to life, Cohen enlisted acclaimed Houston builder and designer Scott Frankel of Frankel Design Build, whose team completed the custom-built main residence in 2026.
