Our house is situated in the center from Portugal, district Santarem, close to the Tejo. The domain is 10550 sqm. It consists of two houses. In the main house we have one room for rent (so we made our private house a bit smaller only to havemore income) and in the other house one room and a suite. Every room has its bathroom. Important! The house has its certificates for ‘alojemento locale’ !Every single cm2 has an official registration, and that is very important while buying a property in Portugal.

The b&b is not our principal income but generates between 30000 and 36000€ yearly
