A new boutique waterfront project is officially rising on Bay Harbor Islands.
9900 West, a seven-story residential building with just 23 residences and a private marina, has completed its structural top-off, offering the first inside look as construction reaches a major milestone.
Developed by The Horizon Group, the project is nearly 50 percent sold and moving steadily toward a planned Summer 2026 delivery. Positioned along the Indian Creek waterway, the building is designed to appeal to buyers looking for a quieter, low-density alternative to larger luxury towers nearby.
Sales and marketing are being handled exclusively by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, with pricing currently ranging from $3.2 million to $5.1 million.

With 9900 West nearing completion, The Horizon Group is already planning its next Bay Harbor Islands project. Casa Verde, a forthcoming development, is expected to introduce luxury pied-à-terre–style residences, expanding the firm’s footprint in the area.
For now, limited residences remain available at 9900 West, with delivery anticipated in Summer 2026.
