Эксп Недвижимость has rolled out a new initiative that allows its агенты to choose from multiple customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marking a shift in the company’s approach to technology offerings.
The program, called CRM of Choice, offers agents the option to select one of three platforms — BoldTrail, Cloze or Lofty — as part of their standard monthly fee.
The initiative is intended to accommodate the varying business models of Эксп Недвижимость’s more than 89,000 agents.
BoldTrail — a reengineered version of kvCORE — is tailored for top-producing and solo agents who seek scalability through искусственный интеллект-driven automation and lead scoring.
Cloze emphasizes simplicity and mobility, targeting agents who rely on personal relationships and referrals.
Lofty includes advanced lead routing, SEO-optimized websites and campaign management tools for teams focused on lead generation and high-volume transactions.

Thousands of agents have reportedly opted into the program prior to its official launch, according to eXp.
