Kevin Sorbo, best known for swinging a sword as Hercules in the ’90s, is trading Mount Olympus for the Intracoastal.
The actor and his wife, Sam, are under contract to buy a residence at Forté Luxe, a newly built waterfront community in Jupiter, Florida, where homes start around $4 million and climb to roughly $8 million.
Still under construction and slated for completion in summer 2026, Forté Luxe is a 17-residence development on a narrow peninsula surrounded on three sides by water.
Sorbo joins a small group of buyers drawn to the project’s scale, privacy, and unusual setting: a stretch of land across from Jupiter Island with open views in nearly every direction.
For the actor, the appeal was straightforward: water, privacy, and a quieter corner of South Florida.

Unlike larger condo towers, Forté Luxe was designed as a smaller enclave.

The kitchens feature flat-panel cabinetry, waterfall-edge islands, and integrated appliances.
Quartz countertops and modern fixtures reinforce the clean, contemporary look. The layout keeps the kitchen connected to the main living spaces rather than separating it.

Primary bedrooms occupy prominent positions within the homes.

The community includes 13 private boat slips capable of handling vessels up to 60 feet.

Sorbo joins a wave of high-profile buyers who have moved to Jupiter in recent years.

Forté Luxe is part of that shift.
A future waterfront home for the former Hercules
For Sorbo, the purchase represents a long-term move rather than a quick real estate flip.
Construction on his residence is expected to finish next year, at which point the actor and his wife plan to settle into the waterfront community.
