Marky Mark’s got new digs! The Boogie Nights actor is once again packing up his family of 6, this time heading for the sunny shores of Florida.
After leaving California in 2022 to relocate to Las Vegas, Nevada, Wahlberg has made nice profit selling his Vegas digs and a $17M vacant lot earmarked for a mansion — and is now snapping up property in Florida.
В соответствии с Архитектурный дайджест, Mark Wahlberg’s most recently home buy is a nearly 18,000-square-foot megamansion in Delray Beach (one that we’re quite familiar with, as the spectacular abode caught our eye soon after hitting the market in April). Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman held the listing, with Michael Costello of Compass repping Wahlberg in the deal.
Set in a private, gated community in Delray Beach, the palatial residence was built as a modern-day palace, said to have been inspired “by the tranquil glamour of Lake Como and infused with the seductive allure of Bond’s Casino Royale”.
The actor reportedly paid $37 million for the property, which sits on an expansive 2.5-acre lakefront lot meticulously landscaped and lit to highlight the grand, Italianate-inspired mansion that anchors it. And while all the homes we regularly feature on Дома с модными брюками are prohibitively expensive and luxurious, Wahlberg’s new digs take it up a notch — which is quite fitting for a man famous for living large in some of the country’s most lavish homes.

A palatial Delray Beach mansion with design pedigree

The Florida mansion was envisioned by Aldo Stark of Prestige Design Homes, a notable real estate developer whose South Florida projects have sold for exorbitant amounts: Villa Spectre, a James Bond-inspired megamansion and Casa Maranello, a $55 million Ferrari mansion, sold for a combined $110 million after brief runs on the market.
The same agent, top producer Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman, was in charge of marketing both properties, as well as the one Mark Wahlberg purchased.
Inspired by ‘Lake Como’s tranquil glamour’, the home has a stately facade, water fountains

Dubbed Palazzo di Lago (The Palace on the Lake), the stately residence draws inspiration from “the tranquil glamour of Lake Como and infused with the seductive allure of Bond’s Casino Royale”.
An Italianate-inspired facade with a grand entrance welcomes guests after they pass by marble-clad, illuminated water fountains.
By the numbers: 7 bedrooms, 12 baths
Set on an expansive 2.5-acre lakefront lot, the supersized mansion spans 26,000 total square feet, out of which 18,600 square feet are interior living space.
That includes a total of 7 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a wellness wing, a private tennis court and a saltwater lagoon pool, among many other ritzy features.

Modern interiors with upscale finishes, crystal chandeliers
It only gets more glamorous once you step inside.
Double ceilings, marble finishes, and modern crystal chandeliers steal the eye in every direction, while hallways clad in high-gloss Brazilian Guyana wood create a rich, tactile flow throughout the residence.

Featuring a foyer with 30-foot-tall ceilings
A lavish two-story foyer flanked by a formal dining room with a wine vault and seating areas opens up to the rest of the house, with living areas, the striking staircase, and the upstairs hallway in full view.

Formal spaces with a touch of modern glam
The home’s grand salon is a towering formal space adorned with crystal chandeliers custom-designed for the trophy home. Here too we find soaring 30-foot ceilings and expansive walls of glass that overlook the outdoor areas.

European sophistication with a Florida twist
To complement the sleek, modern design, sophisticated elements like Italian stone, custom European finishes, and a moody color palette of mocha, burnt sienna, and soft beige add warmth and depth.

With high glam entertainment spaces
The finishes are most striking in the home’s Club Room, purposefully designed for elevated entertaining, with sliding glass doors extending the party space outside.

Including a full-wall bar that can rival a high-end club
The space is anchored by a dramatic backlit bar and billiards area, with lounge seating on the opposite side to enjoy game nights.

A chef’s kitchen wrapped in rare walnut
At the heart of the residence is a chef’s kitchen wrapped in rare walnut and accented with Italian gray marble. A secondary catering kitchen is discreetly tucked away, ready for use during events.

With an oversized family room, plus breakfast nook
Right past the kitchen we find a cozy breakfast nook with a glowing white agate wall and an oversized family room with easy outdoor access.

Vibrant moss-like ceilings and warm wood accents

A winding staircase leading upstairs
The sculptural staircase leads upstairs past a vibrant moss wall, where an open hallways with glass railings overlooks the luxury below.

Amenities include a wellness wing, a custom home theater
The wellness wing includes a fully equipped gym, sauna, and massage room, and effortlessly opens out to the outdoor spaces, also loaded with luxe amenities.

Water features outside, including a lagoon pool with cabanas
Most notable outdoor amenities include a private tennis court and a saltwater lagoon pool that holds 170,000 gallons of cascading, crystal-clear water.

Space for the extended Wahlberg family
A fully equipped guest house offers seclusion and comfort for visiting family or staff.

The actor clearly has a type: megamansions with endless amenities
The Delray Beach mansion bears a resemblance to Wahlberg’s famous former Los Angeles mansion — a massive 30,500-square-foot abode in Los Angeles’ ritzy North Beverly Park.
Custom-built for Wahlberg by designer Richard Landry, ‘the king of the megamansion’, the supersized property was recently purchased by heiress Paris Hilton for a staggering $63 million in one of Los Angeles’ biggest real estate deals of 2025 (to note that Hilton did not buy it directly from the actor; Wahlberg had sold the property for $55 million just a couple of years back).

Prior to that, the Departed star also owned a more contemporary-leaning, nevertheless stately Beverly Hills mansion with a two-story gym. Both of them had an extra generous 30,000 square feet of living space and a generous list of amenities, many wellness centered. So clearly Wahlberg has a type. Luckily, he’s also one of Hollywood’s top earners, so he can easily bankroll his expensive taste.
