Century 21 New Millennium has a new CEO. The brokerage announced the appointment of Kim Harris Campbell as its new CEO on Thursday.
Harris Campbell will also serve as the CEO of NM Real Estate Services, the parent company of Century 21 New Millennium.
Her appointment is effective immediately, according to the release. The firm’s founder co-owner and former CEO Todd Hetherington has assumed the role of chairman on a newly created board, which includes himself, co-owner and former president Mary Lynn Stone and Tara Brown, the CEO of Peerage Realty Partners. Peerage has supported NM Real Estate Services since 2021.
While they have stepped down from their respective roles as CEO and president, Hetherington and Stone will remain actively involved in the firm via their new board role, through which they will provide strategic leadership and governance according to the release.

In her new role as CEO, Harris Campbell will lead 23 offices and more than 1,000 agents and staff across Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., West Virginia and Pennsylvania, alongside brokerage president Jason Carrier.

Harris Campbell most recently served as the president of Компас’s Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. She is also the co-founder and former CEO of America Needs You, a national nonprofit focused on economic mobility for first-generation college students. In total, she brings more than two decades of experience leading organizations in real estate, technology, nonprofit, and law.
