МетроЛист— northern California’s largest multiple listing service (MLS) — has added the Madera County Association of Realtors to its platform.
With the addition of the Madera County Association, МетроЛист now serves 15 counties in central and northern California and supports listing data sharing across 29 counties.
The move broadens market visibility for member listings and increases access to shared data for brokers, агенты and consumers, leaders said.
“MetroList is proud to welcome the Madera County Association of Realtors and its members,” said Dave Howe, president and CEO of MetroList. “MAR is deeply committed to professionalism, education and community — values that align closely with MetroList’s mission. This partnership represents a shared vision for innovation, collaboration, and long-term success for agents and the consumers they serve.”
MetroList officials said the expansion is part of an ongoing strategy to build a shared МЛС infrastructure across the region. The platform provides listing management, data distribution and technology tools used by participating Realtor associations.
“Our mission has always been to help our members reach their highest career potential while supporting homeownership and private property rights in our community,” said Aurora Hernandez, 2026 president of the Madera County Association of Realtors. “By joining MetroList, we are providing our members with a powerful, technology-driven MLS platform that supports education, professionalism and the evolving needs of today’s real estate professionals.”
Howe said MetroList’s growth alongside other Realtor associations is intended to strengthen the regional real estate ecosystem.
“As we continue to grow our footprint with valued partners like the Madera County Association of Realtors and the Calaveras County Association of Realtors, we deliver best-in-class technology, accurate and comprehensive data and outstanding service to more professionals,” he added. “With these two organizations, we are strengthening the infrastructure that supports the real estate ecosystem in central and northern California.”
MetroList has been operating for 40 years and covers more than 12,000 square miles across California.
