Real estate platform МЕСТО is welcoming three new executives. On Monday, the firm announced the additions of Nikki Miller, Jamie Jatzlau and Claire Dunham to its leadership team.
Miller, who will serve as МЕСТО’s new vice president of growth, began her real estate industry career in 2014 as a sales associate at the Souferian Group, before going on to form the Nikki Miller Team в Keller Williams. She also founded tech platform The Lead Syndicate, which was приобретенный Movoto and integrated into Lever in 2024. She remained at Movoto after the acquisition, serving as vice president of Lever and agent platforms.
Jatzlau, who will serve as general counsel, has over two decades of real estate industry experience, beginning as a lawyer dealing with employment, corporate and real estate law. She then made the move to Keller Williams, where she eventually was named the firm’s general counsel. Since 2018 she has served as the general counsel for Риэлтор.com's Opcity.
Finally, Dunham, who was named senior vice president of title operations and strategy, most recently served as the senior vice president of operations and chief operations officer at iBuyer Homeward. Prior to that she led customer success and account management teams at Main Street Hub, OutboundEngine и Shipping Easy.
“As PLACE expands our consumer services, leaders who understand the full homeownership journey are mission-critical,” PLACE co-founder Ben Kinney said in a statement. “Nikki, Jamie and Claire bring experience from some of the most influential companies in our industry, and their expertise will help us accelerate our impact.”
According to Kinney and PLACE co-founder Chris Suarez, adding these three women to the team will help them expand the company’s real estate, mortgage, title, insurance and home services footprint.
