РЕМАКС is making moves north of the border. On Thursday, the real estate brokerage franchisor announced the conversion of two large Royal LePage-affiliated firms serving the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Together, the two firms represent roughly 1,200 agents and 17 offices, including 16 in the GTA.
Royal LePage Your Community Realty и Royal LePage Connect Realty are owned and led by Vivian Risi, Michelle Risi and Justin Risi. As of Thursday, the firms are doing business as REMAX Your Community Realty и REMAX Connect Realty, but they remain under the leadership of the Risi family.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Vivian, Michelle, Justin and their sales associates into the global REMAX community,” Эрик Карлсон, the CEO of REMAX, said in a statement. “Their decision reflects the strength of the REMAX brand and reinforces our current strategic direction. According to the release, the Risi family chose to affiliate with REMAX due to its global presence, strong brand recognition and its marketing and networking platforms.
“REMAX aligns with our growth ambitions and checks every box – opportunity for strategic growth, commercial and luxury emphasis, global reach, brand strength and recruiting power,” Vivian Risi said in a statement. “The industry is changing, and we want our agents to have the global reach, resources and support.”
