Set to debut in the U.S. market later next year, the consumer-facing platform and super-app will enable potential real estate buyers and investors to securely input their information and target property details. In turn, hundreds of U.S. mortgage lenders and banks will be able to review, price, and offer real-time, competitive, and bespoke mortgage rates custom-tailored to each user’s transaction needs, based on their risk profile, property type, and location.
Based on cutting edge new technologies, SENTIENT MORTGAGE will engage with consumers through a voice-command-driven AI super-app (or chatbot on desktop devices), available in multiple languages.
