Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty has added Tanya Fuchs and Valerie Rosenblatt to its team.
Fuchs joins the company as a licensed associate real estate broker. She grew up on Long Island’s South Shore and now lives year-round on Fire Island — where she plans to focus her business.
“Fire Island is a truly special place, and I’m committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate its unique real estate landscape,” Fuchs said. “Joining Daniel Gale Sotheby’s was a natural step forward — this is a brand known for its excellence, global reach, and deep-rooted community values.”
Rosenblatt also joins as an experienced real estate agent. She has earned placement on RealTrends’ America’s Best list for the past three years and is ranked in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide.
Her career sales exceed $385 million, including $52 million in 2024.
“Buying or selling a home is a significant milestone, and I strive to ensure the process is smooth, informed, and ultimately successful,” Rosenblatt said. “I’m honored to join Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, a company that mirrors my values of professionalism, integrity, and client-centered service.”
Rosenblatt lives in Syosset and serves clients in Нью-Йорк and across Long Island — including Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester.
Deirdre O’Connell — CEO of Daniel Gale Международная недвижимость Сотбис — shared her excitement for adding Fuchs and Rosenblatt.
“Valerie Rosenblatt’s remarkable career and unwavering dedication to her clients embody the very best of who we are at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty,” she said. “Her strategic acumen, paired with a deeply personal approach, reflects the high standard of service our clients expect and our culture celebrates.
“Tanya brings a fresh energy and a proven commitment to client service, along with a strong connection to Fire Island. Her creative marketing sensibility and local expertise will be a powerful addition to our presence in the region and a great asset to our team and the communities we serve.”
