WFG National Title Insurance Company has developed a new financial planning and scenario analysis tool that is available to its real estate agent clients.
The tool, called — WFG Key — is designed to help agents walk покупатели жилья and sellers through common financial questions related to affordability, pricing, proceeds and long-term costs.
Financial data is translated into visual scenarios that can be shared with clients during listing presentations, negotiations and consultations.
Through WFG National Title Insurance Company, agents can use the tool to estimate monthly payments, доступность ranges and cash-to-close figures.
The platform also allows real estate agents to generate seller net sheets, compare multiple offer scenarios and model holding-costs-over-time to assess pricing and timing decisions.
“When financial concepts are relatable and accessible, consumers make better decisions,” said Ashley Duran, national sales director for ВФГ. “WFG Key allows agents to turn rates, holding costs, payments and equity-over-time into clear, visual scenarios — and even share that information in multiple languages, so clients truly understand their options.

Additional features include rent-versus-buy comparisons, капитал projections and the creation of client-facing materials that can be shared digitally.
WFG said the tool is designed for mobile use and can translate outputs into as many as 15 languages, allowing agents to share information via text, screen sharing or in-person presentations.
Agents can access WFG Key by downloading the app through the Apple App Store.
