Century 21 Недвижимость has expanded its presence in Idaho’s Magic Valley through the affiliation of Twin Falls-based Gateway Real Estate.
The брокерская деятельность — now operating as Century 21 Gateway — has been owned and operated since 2010 by Nathan Lyda, a Twin Falls native.
Lyda entered the real estate industry in 1996 at his uncle’s firm and obtained his broker’s license five years later. He has since served in multiple roles on the Idaho Realtors state committee.

Lyda said he plans to use the affiliation to support recruitment efforts and explore potential acquisitions in surrounding markets.

The brokerage’s agents are primarily longtime southern Айдахо residents with experience across a range of property types — including residential, rural and investment properties.
The Twin Falls area includes a mix of established neighborhoods, new construction, rural acreage and canyon-area homes, as well as higher education institutions and major employers.
