Funding Aimed to Accelerate Global Real Estate Platform Development and Growth

The capital raise is intended to accelerate the development and global deployment of the company’s operational platforms and emerging technologies aimed at transforming the real estate and mortgage sectors.
World Property Markets is the owner and operator of a globally integrated digital ecosystem of next-generation real estate and mortgage marketplaces, search engines, and matching engines. These platforms are designed to significantly reduce sellers’ customer acquisition costs at scale and serve all property categories across both local and international markets.
Company founder Michael Gerrity said they are inviting major real estate brokerage firms, home builders, developers, landlords, and banks across the U.S. to participate in their upcoming funding round and become ground-floor shareholders in what he described as the parent company of the future “Amazon and Google of real estate.”
