Ferrari enthusiasts know the name Poltrona Frau well.
For more than a century, the legendary Italian design house has supplied the handcrafted leather interiors found inside Ferrari’s most celebrated automobiles, creating seats and dashboards that have become synonymous with Italian craftsmanship.
Now, the company is making an equally ambitious statement in American residential design.
A newly listed $42.5 million waterfront mansion in West Palm Beach is the first fully realized Poltrona Frau home in the United States, transforming one of Italy’s most revered luxury brands into a complete architectural experience.

Находится в 6315 South Flagler Drive and overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway toward Mar-a-Lago, the 13,370-square-foot residence was developed and co-listed by Hilary Musser — who recently appeared on Netflix’s Members Only — alongside Fredrik Eklund of Douglas Elliman, well known for his MDLNY role.
It ranks among the most expensive waterfront homes currently available in West Palm Beach.
What separates the property from other trophy homes isn’t simply its price or location, but the extraordinary level of design integration.

Rather than selecting furnishings from Poltrona Frau, the development team partnered with the Italian brand to create an immersive “Made in Italy” residence where nearly every major design element originates from some of the country’s most celebrated manufacturers.
Florim supplied the porcelain flooring and bathroom surfaces, Garofoli crafted the towering flush interior doors and matching oak flooring, Fantini created the plumbing fixtures, while Poltrona Frau designed everything from the furniture and theater seating to the closets and, most notably, the home’s spectacular kitchen.
That kitchen represents a milestone of its own.

Believed to be Poltrona Frau’s first residential kitchen installed in the United States, the space reportedly carries a value approaching $1 million.
Cabinetry wrapped in the company’s signature leather, brushed brass detailing, and Fior di Pesco marble carved from a single block of stone create an environment where craftsmanship takes center stage.
Marble extends seamlessly across the countertops, sink, dining table, and even the drawer fronts, while leather-lined storage compartments, bronze glass cabinetry concealing the ventilation hood, and hidden doors leading to the dining room and service areas ensure every detail remains carefully considered.

Behind the scenes sits an equally impressive fully equipped chef’s kitchen, also designed by Poltrona Frau, accompanied by staff quarters, a manager’s office, dedicated package delivery area, gift-wrapping room, laundry facilities, and a private staff entrance that allows large-scale entertaining to happen discreetly.
Elsewhere, the dining room incorporates a climate-controlled wine room capable of storing approximately 1,000 bottles, creating a dramatic setting for tastings and formal dinners.
Throughout the residence, bespoke lighting installations by Poltrona Frau, Viabizzuno, and Ceccotti Collezioni reinforce the home’s distinctly Italian identity.

Entertainment was clearly a priority.
A fully automated private cinema features custom Poltrona Frau seating, bespoke wall paneling rising 12 feet high, and wall-to-wall custom carpeting, while a Crestron smart-home system seamlessly controls lighting, climate, audio, and security throughout the residence.
The craftsmanship continues in unexpected places.
Every interior door rises an impressive 12 feet and was custom-built by Garofoli, with each one personally signed by the Italian manufacturer as a one-of-a-kind creation.
Matching white oak flooring extends throughout the second-floor bedroom suites, while oversized Florim porcelain tiles define the main level and continue into bathrooms finished floor-to-ceiling with Italian stone and Fantini fixtures.
The primary suite functions almost as a private wellness retreat.

Alongside dual bedroom-sized dressing rooms — among the first Poltrona Frau closets ever delivered to the United States and valued at roughly $500,000 — are separate his-and-her bathrooms, a third full bath, a morning bar, dedicated shampoo station, generous spa area, and ample space for in-room wellness treatments ranging from massages to hair styling.
The bedroom also introduces another American first: the country’s inaugural Ergofocus holographic suspended electric fireplace, imported from France and installed exclusively for the residence.

Outside, the property embraces South Florida living from every angle.
One hundred feet of deep-water dockage can accommodate yachts up to 100 feet in length, while multiple outdoor kitchens, cocktail bars, entertaining terraces, and lounges overlook the Intracoastal.
Perhaps the home’s most striking outdoor feature is its second-story swimming pool and spa.
Elevated above the waterfront for enhanced privacy, the pool deck captures sweeping 180-degree water views and includes a covered dining area, outdoor bar, grilling station, and expansive terraces designed for entertaining.

From the third-floor balcony, views extend across Palm Beach Island toward the Atlantic Ocean beyond Billionaires’ Row.

A detached structure currently serves as a fitness center but could easily function as a guest house, executive office, or game room, adding flexibility to a property already defined by extraordinary amenities.
Taken individually, many of the home’s features are impressive.
Together, however, they create something genuinely uncommon: a residence where one of Italy’s most celebrated luxury brands has shaped virtually every detail, from the leather-lined kitchen drawers to the cinema seats, making this not simply a waterfront mansion, but the American debut of an entirely new approach to bespoke residential design.
